She is author of Long Term Care: Your Financial Planning Guide. She is a frequent contributor to such industry publications as Financial Services Advisor, Life Insurance Selling, California Broker, Financial Planning and National Underwriter and serves as a consumer reference for Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine. She has been featured in interviews published in USA Today, Business Week, Money, Smart Money, Bloomberg Wealth Manager and Wall Street Journal. She has personally trained over 35,000 agents.

Little Planet Learning has been one of the first developers of interactive learning software designed to engage users of all ages through interactive narrative techniques. Little Planet Learning products have included life skills programs for middle-schoolers, educational products including adult literacy, student assessment systems for public schools, corporate training simulations, and web-based corporate culture training.
