e-Learning Academy for Long Term Care Insurance provides training services for the insurance professional. Basic contact information and progress through the course will be collected for each student. In the cases where a course is purchased by an outside entity or a discounted rate is sponsored by an outside entity, student progress and information will be provided to that entity. When a course is purchased or sponsored by an outside entity, it may provide LTCI Academy with student email addresses. LTCI Academy will use student email addresses to notify students of access to the site.

Credit card and billing information is collected by Verisign Inc. and is not collected by e-Learning Academy for Long Term Care Insurance.

The LTCI Academy Web site home page may be browsed without disclosing personal data. Students must register, however, to be able to take any courses. Registration may also be necessary to view demos or samples of LTCI Academy's courses.

Basic information (student's name and email address) is necessary to manage student accounts and provide reports to purchasing or sponsoring entities. Students may volunteer to provide LTCI Academy with additional information during registration, which will be used by LTCI Academy for demographics and user tracking and reporting to sponsoring/purchasing entities. We disclose our visitor's personal data to our subsidiaries and vendors as part of the normal data processing for the Web site. Registration information for demos and samples of LTCI Academy's courses may be used by LTCI Academy to sell LTCI Academy courses and services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We have implemented security policies, rules, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All employees and data processors with access to, and who are associated with the process of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.
